- All future updates included at no additional cost
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Refunds are subject to Apple / Google refund policies
4. Beta Program Terms
If you have been granted beta access to BuildBoss PRO, the following applies:
- Beta access is free of charge for life as a thank-you for your testing and feedback
- Beta access is personal and non-transferable
- You agree to provide honest feedback through designated channels
- The Company reserves the right to terminate beta access for misuse or inactivity
- Beta features may be unstable; use in critical production environments is at your own risk
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at buildbosspro@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BuildBoss PRO to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Impersonate other users or the Company
- Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our servers
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of all project data, documents, and content you create in BuildBoss PRO. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
